I ordered by Christmas box really early and our postal office went on strike. I will not receive the box until after Christmas. I requested a refund but they won’t issue one. Somehow this has become by problem as a customer. I’ve received no other options from this company. Will not order from them again.

Lovely cufflinks - had a problem with the engraving on the box, which didn’t include the wording I’d entered into my Etsy order. But this was resolved quickly and in time for my son’s 18th, which was really appreciated. Would definitely use this seller again
